Who processes your data

This page describes how SLOVLINE s.r.o. ("we", "the controller") processes the personal data you share with us through this website. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

What data we collect

When you submit one of our forms (Early Access, Founders List) we store:

  • ·Name
  • ·Email address
  • ·Phone number (optional)
  • ·Type of interest (Early Access only) or short message (Founders List only)
  • ·Language preference (SK / EN)
  • ·IP address and browser User-Agent — for spam protection and abuse investigation only
  • ·Date and time of submission

Why we process it

Strictly to contact you regarding the Meandre project: invitation to view the location, plot availability, pricing, the official Founders Release announcement and follow-up. We do not pass your data to third parties, we do not sell it, we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — given by checking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time using the contact details above; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.

How long we keep it

Until you withdraw consent or for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction with us — whichever happens first. After that the data is permanently deleted.

Who else sees it

Only the controller and its appointed staff. Technical processors:

  • ·Websupport s.r.o. (Slovakia) — web hosting and e-mail infrastructure
  • ·Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — Turnstile bot-protection service; processes a short anti-bot challenge token only, no personal data
  • ·Google LLC (USA) — Google Analytics for anonymised traffic statistics. Activated only when explicitly enabled. IP address is anonymised before storage.
  • ·Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) — Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Activated only when explicitly enabled. We measure PageView, ViewContent (homepage view), CompleteRegistration (successful form submission) and Contact (click on a phone, e-mail or WhatsApp link). When identifying data is available it is SHA-256 hashed (email, phone, first name, last name) before being transferred — raw personal data is never sent.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • ·Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • ·Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • ·Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — ask us to delete your data
  • ·Restriction — ask us to stop processing while a dispute is resolved
  • ·Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • ·Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interest
  • ·Withdraw consent at any time
  • ·Lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk)

Cookies

We use the minimum set of cookies necessary to run the site:

  • ·rfl_session — essential session cookie used by the admin login. Set only after you visit the admin area. Deleted when you sign out.
  • ·cf_chl_* — set by Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that the visitor submitting the form is not an automated bot. Essential security; we cannot disable it for the form to work.
  • ·Google Analytics — optional. Only active if explicitly enabled in the site configuration. Currently: enabled.
  • ·Meta Pixel / Conversions API (_fbp, _fbc, _meandre_um) — optional. Used for measuring the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Personal data (email, phone, name) is SHA-256 hashed before transfer to Meta. The _meandre_um cookie is HMAC-signed and only contains a numeric reference to your previous form submission — the server uses it to enrich subsequent page-view events with hashed contact data. Clearing it disables this enrichment. Currently: enabled.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the e-mail address you provided.
